Hilton Dallas/Rockwall Lakefront

I did not stay over night. I was there for TTEC Convention, but only to attend one meeting that last only 3hrs. However, I had to interact with staff regarding the parking and they were very patient and helpful. I stayed over night last year for TTEC and fell asleep on the balcony due to cough medication. It was a beautiful view of the water and the sleep was great. I woke up in time for dinner, which I think the hotel catered, and it was great.

I had a fantastic time on my recent work trip — everything about this experience exceeded expectations in one way or another. The venue itself was stunning and perfectly suited for our team’s meetings and activities. It struck a great balance between professionalism and comfort, offering a relaxed environment that still felt productive and inspiring. The conference rooms were well-equipped, the grounds were beautifully maintained, and every common area had an inviting and upscale feel that made it easy to unwind between sessions. What really stood out was the staff. From the moment we arrived, every team member was courteous, attentive, and eager to help. They went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed, from smooth check-ins to personalized recommendations for dining and local attractions. It’s rare to find a team so genuinely focused on creating a positive guest experience, and it made our stay that much better. The location itself is a bit of a drive from the airport — it took us a while to get there due to traffic — but once we arrived, it was absolutely worth it. The property sits right off a beautiful lake, offering peaceful views and walking paths that were perfect for a morning coffee or evening stroll. The sunsets over the water were incredible and made for a great way to decompress after a busy day. There was also plenty to do nearby. A wide variety of restaurants, coffee shops, and boutique stores were all within close proximity, so there was no shortage of options for dining or entertainment. The area felt very safe and well-kept, which made exploring on foot even more enjoyable. While traffic in and out of the area can be challenging, especially during rush hours, the setting and amenities more than made up for it. I would absolutely consider coming back here for a personal vacation in the future. Between the scenery, the service, and the overall atmosphere, it’s a place that leaves a lasting impression — one that’s equally great for business or leisure travel.

My husband and I chose this location for a weekend getaway. We were absolutely blown away by how clean, friendly, and welcoming this Hilton was! The pool was a haven, and the food blew us away!! Our room was freezing (my favorite) and so clean! We ordered room service that was delivered timely and oh so delicious! Every single staff member was helpful and accommodating! It was just a perfect weekend, and we WILL be back soon! Thanks so much for a peaceful experience!

We had a wonderful stay while passing thru. The hotel and property was beautiful and elegant. Service was great. Food was great. Location is by the lake with plenty of areas to walk around. This is a good place for a weekend getaway or if you are looking for quieter spot. Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was very nice, we spent a few days here in early December. This lakefront hotel was beautiful, comfortable and relaxing with good service. We had a wonderful time at this hotel.

I had such a wonderful experience at the Hilton in Rockwall at the Harbor. The staff went above and beyond from the moment we arrived everyone was friendly, attentive, and truly made us feel welcome. A special thank-you to Markus and his team for the incredible service. They helped tremendously throughout our stay and made everything feel effortless. The food was absolutely amazing as well, every meal was delicious and beautifully presented. Between the atmosphere, the location, and the outstanding service, this Hilton exceeded our expectations. We can’t wait to return!

Brunch during this snow day couldn’t have been better thanks to our amazing server Adriana. She was attentive, friendly, and on top of everything. Such great service made the whole experience enjoyable and I would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed dinner and drinks with a great view at the hotel's restaurant and bar. Valet Service Beyond Compare: As a Diamond Member, the free valet parking is a fantastic perk. I must give a massive shout-out to Mohammad, the valet attendant. He was absolutely hustling—almost sprinting—to retrieve cars quickly and efficiently. That kind of speed and hustle is something business travelers truly appreciate! If you are a business traveler in the Dallas area looking for a few days to decompress, unwind, and enjoy luxury service away from the city center, the Rockwall Harbor is highly recommended. It’s a truly rewarding experience.
